Shrikant started his career as a heat treatment shop floor engineer and was in that role at various designations for 10 years. He has hands on experience in sealed quench furnaces including metallurgical laboratory management. He then moved to the auto component manufacturing industry as a quality manager. He also managed trouble shooting for all material related issues. Shrikant established a quality management system for the processes involved. He then moved to a multinational auto component industry major as a technical expert in field of materials and heat treatment processes. Shrikant has also worked for NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) assessment of external laboratories on behalf of the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.
